ATTENTION: When first signing up to the online ordering site, please carefully enter your store address. If the address is off, even by one digit, we are charged a penalty on each carton, which we will reluctantly have to pass on to you. Not pleasant for anyone.
Ordering: Free freight (UK Only) on orders over £500.00
Orders to be shipped outside the UK shipping will be negotiated on a case by case basis. We will attempt to make it as easy as possible.
Free shipping only to commercial shipping addresses.
Minimum freight charge of £50.00 until the order reaches 500.00£.
Full cases (all the same formulas and jar size) earn a 5% discount.
Orders that reach £750.00 after all discounts earn an additional 5% discount
Credit card charged when order is ready to ship.
Online bank to bank or credit card payment is available upon request. (No Credit Card Information on file.)
Customer Samples Bags (25¢/ea) are packed 25 to a bag and cost £6.00/25 samples. Each sample is retail priced at 75¢ USD for sale to customers who want to try Xtreme. If you want the program to work, please offer them for sale and give them a 50¢ discount when they return, with the sample bag header, against any purchase they make in your shop. Either way, it will get them to return, a win-win for your store.
MAP Pricing: If you plan or decide at a later date to sell Xtreme on your website please read MAP pricing rules. Xtreme is committed to supporting brick and mortar stores and fair pricing is the one way to accomplish this goal. MAP policies apply to advertised in-store and online pricing.
Amazon: Xtreme has a contractual arrangement with one Amazon seller. This seller will not list or sell any Xtreme product for less than our MSRP/MAP price. We do not permit wholesale customers to offer or sell Xtreme Aquatic Foods products on Amazon. Violators will have their wholesale accounts terminate permanently.
